Shipping Address

Accuracy is Critical

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be changed

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes in select countries. If you're using a PO Box:

  • Ensure it is accepted by the shipping carrier
  • Be aware that delivery may take longer
  • Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver your package:

  • They will leave a notice with instructions
  • The package may be held at a local facility for pickup
  • After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost:

  2. Wait until the maximum delivery time has passed

  4. We will investigate with the shipping carrier

If a package is confirmed lost:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not refuse the package (we need it for our claim)
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
  • Contact us within 48 hours at post@leones.se
  • We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund

Order Modifications

Before Shipping

If you need to modify your order:

  • We can modify orders that haven't been processed yet
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible

After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery or return the item following our Return Policy
  • You can place a new order for any additional items

Multiple Items

Combined Shipping

  • Multiple items in one order are shipped together when possible
  • If items are in different warehouses, they may ship separately
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment

Separate Shipping

In some cases, items may ship separately due to:

You will not be charged extra for separate shipments.

Undeliverable Addresses

If the carrier determines your address is undeliverable:
