At Leisha Handbags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handbag, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
What Can Be Returned
Returnable Items:
- All handbags, crossbody bags, tote bags, and accessories
- Sale and discounted items
- Items purchased during promotional periods
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" (if applicable)
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at post@leones.se with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos of the item if there is a defect or damage
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide you with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping instructions
- Our return address
Important : Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Ship to the address provided
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items : We cover return shipping costs. Contact us for a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind returns : Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International returns : Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days , depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Amount
- You will receive a full refund of the product price
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Notification

- We receive your return.
- Your return is inspected and approved
- Your refund is being processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Email post@leones.se within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Description of the issue
We Will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Process your refund or send a replacement once we receive the item
- Cover all return shipping costs
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- You will receive a full refund or replacement
Lost or Stolen Packages
Our Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
- Help you report the issue to local authorities if needed
What You Can Do:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address was correct
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Partial Refunds

International Returns

Customs Fees:

Cancellations
Before Shipping:
If you need to cancel your order before it ships:

- If we haven't processed your order yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return process
After Shipping:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return process
